Cute but not clean

Lackluster
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayOverall, good location but the attention to detail was lacking and the pool table is a hot mess. There were cobwebs in the light fixtures in the kitchen, lots of light switches to try to figure out what goes to what, lack of towels, empty body wash container in one bathroom, fireplace didn't work and we had to have someone come out and they took quite a while to get there. Plastic wine glasses - We aren't in our 20s- no rugs anywhere so not very cozy. Floor left my socks dirty. Almost no seasonings in the kitchen so we had to get our own in order to cook. Lots of emphasis on being quiet inside and out of house (house is very far from anyone else).

Upon arrival, the door code wasn’t working, but we got fast, easy, and friendly contact with costumer service and got it fixed immediately!
The cabin is beautiful and very spacious. It is equipped in case plans are to cook there!
Although we were expecting for it have a hot tub (as listed on Vrbo and when booking), unfortunately there wasn’t one in the home.
Location is great! Pretty close to the city center and about 10-15 minutes from the springs! The cabin also has a lot of privacy since there is no neighbors anywhere close!
Overall, a great experience and our family is definitely looking forward in booking again!

Perfect for a family!
Publié le 29 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayPlenty of space for all to enjoy! Close to everything and comfortable to relax as needed. Was really great for the kids and had all we needed to cook ourselves meals on nights we didn’t want to go in town.

Great private spot for families
Publié le 13 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThis place was a great home base for activities in Pagosa, Durango, and the surrounding areas. The only missing amenity would have been a hot tub, this could really put this place over the top.
As others mentioned, noise from floors above is loud, but that is part of staying in a log cabin. We got used to it by the second night and the fandeliers in the rooms help with the noise and comfort.

Beautiful home
Publié le 5 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis is a beautiful, comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay here. Upon arrival, 2 of the 3 propane tanks were empty. After emailing and texting, they came by and filled them up for us so we could use the grill and the fire pit. It was plenty spacious for our family, and we even had an empty room. There is a pack and play there as well if you have littles. Highly recommend staying here.
