New Rental! Walk to Downtown and Hot Springs, New Home, A/C, Tesla Charger!

What an amazing vacation rental! Newly built, this home is comfortable and loaded with old school craftmanship. 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths will sleep 8 in beds.

You enter the home in the living room that opens to the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is well stocked and all new appliances. The dining area is in the kitchen and opens to the living room where you can enjoy the gas fireplace or watch TV. There is a half bath off the living room. Beyond the kitchen is the laundry room and a little further is the Queen bed master suite with full bath, lots of windows and has a separate outside door. The 2 car tandem garage is accessible off the laundry area.

Upstairs are 2 very nice bedrooms with views. One with a queen, one with queen bunkbeds. Both share a full bathroom.

This home is located very close to the San Juan River, with excellent fishing, floating and unbelievable scenery. You are a short walk to Yamaguchi Park and a little further of a walk you can be at the World Famous Pagosa Hot Springs. You will be 20 minutes or so from Wolf Creek Ski Basin and many unbelievable hikes, waterfalls and beautiful scenery.

This home does not allow pets.

ALL TRAILERS, RV'S, CAMPERS OR OTHER RECREATION VEHICLES MUST BE APPROVED PRIOR TO ARRIVAL TO BE ALLOWED ON PREMISES.

Beautiful Modern Quiet Home
We loved this beautiful home. It is in the heart of Pagosa Springs and yet was so quiet and peaceful. We loved the fireplace. The primary bedroom on the main floor allowed the adults to go bed early while the teens had the upstairs to themselves. We enjoyed day passes to the Hot Springs that is 1/2 mile away. The kitchen is very well stocked. We have learned that eating in a tourist town during high tourist season means eating at home/ordering takeout. Eat-in kitchen was well used. And don't forget the garage. It didn't snow during our stay but still a bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything!
There was so much about this house that made it wonderful - close to River, park, town. Great little porch. Spacious rooms. Hosts were great. But the best perks were the small things. Here is my list that made it great as we traveled with our four kids under nine: enough paper products to last us even longer than our three day stay, enough dish soap, dish detergenr, laundry detergent, hooks for towels in bathrooms, clothes hampers, hangers, even these awesome hanging clothes organizers in closets. The big bonus: stain stick. Families this house is amazing!

Better than expected!
We have stayed at another place a couple of times and were disappointed that it wasn't available this trip, but after staying at this downtown craftsman home, we would choose to stay here again next time! It was so comfortable, clean and had everything we needed.

Great Getaway
Loved everything about this house! The layout, location, kitchen utensils, supplies, everything was spot on. Any questions we had were answered promptly and courteously by the service. Great people to work with! The only issue we had was that it was supposed to be a no pet policy house, and we did find dog hair on the floors and windowsill of the downstairs. My husband does not do inside animals, so I had to quickly clean so he wouldn’t see it. When I contacted the service about it, they were concerned and apologetic. Other than that, our stay was perfect, and that wasn’t a big deal to me. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, about 100 yds from a nice park where the river runs at the boundary of the park. It is only a couple of minutes (within walking distance) from restaurants, shops, river rafting, and places to soak in the hot springs. It’s a perfect place for a family vacation!

Christmas Get Away
Our Stay in Pagosa Springs was perfect. The house was just as advertised. It is close to downtown and the hot springs. The property was clean and comfortable with a very well stocked kitchen. We stayed over Christmas and the property managers put up a cute Christmas tree for us. We will definitely stay there again.

Very nice but needs work
The front step is not good at all. The hot water kept going off and we would have to go in the garage and reset the tank. The pillows are terrible. The bathtub faucet barely has water coming out of it. The thermostat is possibly the worst one I have ever tried to use., there needs to be some sort of instruction on how to use this , we figured it out but then it kept resetting to 60 degrees in the middle of the night and we would wake up freezing. We all feel sick with a cold after this. The fireplace does not work we tried everything to get it to work but nothing worked, There is a remote on the wall but to what we never discovered.
