The location can't be beat, the property is clean, the staff was super friendly, breakfast perfectly good. The only reason I go with 4 stars is that it's kind of a motel. The rooms are heated with wall units that work, but don't really have a working thermostat, so you basically have to wait for it to get hot and then get up and turn it off. Also the bed has this really weird headboard that sticks out at the top so you can't sit up in bed without it hitting you in the neck. Bathorrom is super tight. If one person is at the sink and the other comes out of the bathroom, the door would hit the person at the sink. But all in all clean sheets, nice towels and perfect location. I would def stay again.

Charged for “Mtn View” but actually faced a parking lot, A ozone detector was put in our room to control excess odor? And yes the room had a funky smell, front desk had NO idea what an ozone detector did? Heater was so loud it woke us up evertime it went on

Great people, but too noisy in the hotel to sleep.
There is no sound proofing, the noises in the hall way, the plumbing from above and next door, the people walking around in their room above all kept me from being able to sleep. Being able to sleep is the most important thing for me. Also, your photo of the hotel exterior is misleading, it makes it appear the hotel is located at the popular hot springs, not true.

Breakfast was nothing really, kids cereal and waffle mix. Homeless guy with a dog snuck in and took some food during breakfast. Don’t sleep on bottom floor, people above us walking around all night seemed like.

Nice hotel
Good location, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was mostly pastries but they did have hard boiled eggs and a great selection of teas for hot tea.
