Nice hot tub and sauna, which we reserved and had privacy. Nice area with the river, walking path, restaurants right out the door.

The people are nice. It is a good economy place to stay. The shower was not the best and the walls not soundproof.

Great people, but too noisy in the hotel to sleep.
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThere is no sound proofing, the noises in the hall way, the plumbing from above and next door, the people walking around in their room above all kept me from being able to sleep. Being able to sleep is the most important thing for me.
Also, your photo of the hotel exterior is misleading, it makes it appear the hotel is located at the popular hot springs, not true.

We agree with you. Sleeping is very important. We want all of our guests to have a good night's rest. We are very sorry about about the noise. Regarding the hotel exterior photo, we looked at our photos and didn't find any that made it seem that we were located at the Hot Springs. We are located less than a mile away from them. Which makes it a very short walk or drive. Thank you for staying with us. It makes us happy that our staff members were able to provide you with great service.
