Parfait pour Pagosa Springs!

Très belle chambre, spacieuse et moderne dans le style western / ecolo. Plein de détails chouettes et utiles. Bémol comme dans beaucoup de motels: tout dépend des voisins qui peuvent être sonores… Pas de vue mais la chambre suffit… et le matin, petit dej dans une « bakery » tout près…

The room was cute but the internet was terrible and the tv wouldn’t connect so it didn’t work. The bedspread was a little dirty as well. Would not stay again.

So sorry to hear that your stay was less than perfect. The internet has been having speed issues due to the amount of bandwidth usage in town. If the tv times out We have found all we need to do to We our onsite to address any television issues and cater to any requests or needs while you are staying with us.

The staff was extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure our tv was working correctly after a horrible storm

The room we were in, room 17, was nicely updated, but extremely tight. The bathroom door wouldn't open more than maybe 1/2 way before it hit the toilet. A larger person wouldn't be able to get into the bathroom. A few things in the room need some maintenance. Overall though, it was a fine place for a night.

Thank you for staying with us during your visit to beautiful Pagosa Springs. When remodeling and updating the decision was made to maintain the integrity of the original historic motel and not change the origonal floor plan... hence, some the small parlor rooms. Please keep in mind when visiting next time that we do have several different room types. I would suggest you call and express your needs and we can guide you to the best room for you. After Summer, we look forward to doing our Fall Maintenence so I do trust that we will get to the maintenence concerns. Hope to see you in the near future :-)

Charming place to stay in downtown Pagosa Springs. We were able to walk to the San Jaun River Walk.
