Il faut aussi savoir qu’il n’y a pas d’accès à la mer de cet endroit et c’est vraiment dommage.

There is a public beach access in the subdivision that Kaiholo Hale is situated in. Near Mama's Fish House Restaurant.

Hôtel-condo à Maui près de la plage

Pour : La tranquillité et la proximité de l'aéroport. Ce fut notre premier arrêt pour coucher à Maui.
Contre : Rien de particulier.
Emplacement : Très bien situé pour aller faire la route de Hana. Tout près des surfers et du restaurant Mama's fisher House (à pied).
Nous avons logé 2 nuits à cet endroit. Nous n'avons pas vu le personnel, on nous a laissé les clefs dans une boîte extérieure avec un code (nous aurions pu les rejoindre par téléphone s'il y aurait eu un problème). Très grand et confortable. Je recommande cet endroit pour d'autres voyageurs.

It would be helpful to let guests know the best way to reach the nearby beach... first time we went to the beach we crossed the backyard of the restaurant. People were friendly but we quickly noticed that there was probably a more suitable way to go to the beach ;)
We loved our stay!

What a little gem! A few minutes walk from what we called “turtle beach” - every morning there were at least 3-5 turtles sleeping on the beach or rocks! Very and safe location.

This was an excellent trip. I would recommend this Plato any one! The hosts were very accommodating to our late flight out.

It was a great place to stay for 2 couples, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths. Satellite tv, air conditioned bedrooms, full kitchen.
200 yards to walk to Mama's Fish house!

We had such a wonderful time in Paia and would definitely return to this property again. The manager was communicative and respectful and the property itself was very nice. It was within easy walking distance to the beach where we saw turtle’s multiple times. I will say, the toaster in Plumeria sweet is a little funky and it caught some toast on fire which set off the smoke alarm. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking!!

My wife and I stayed for a week in the Orchid Room at Kaiholo Hale in late September 2023. We were the only guests for our entire stay! I probably shouldn't give away this secret jewel, but I can't say enough about this quiet, safe, and walkable neighborhood. Located less than a hundred yards from the public beach it is also less than a 500 foot walk to the best restaurant in Maui, Mama's Fish House. Surf fishing, snorkeling, and swimming in protected waters doesn't get any better. We watched Leatherback Turtles and Green Turtles frolic near the shoreline where they often beach themselves for a sun tan. Margarit is the manager for our stay, and was great with communication and giving us all the information we needed for a wonderful vacation. We will be back with the entire family next time and rent all four units. Perfect!
