My recent stay at this charming coastal hotel in Paignton was nothing short of delightful. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short stroll from the seafront, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the beach, pier, and all the seaside attractions. Whether you're looking to explore or simply relax by the water, this hotel places you right in the heart of it all. The staff at this hotel truly made my stay memorable. From the warm welcome at check-in to the friendly assistance throughout my visit, every team member I encountered was courteous and eager to help. They were always on hand with a smile and provided excellent recommendations for local dining and activities.

We were on lower ground floor and think we were either under a staircase or the dining room - continuous noise!! Couldn’t even sleep!
There were three of us and only one bath towel was provided.
However the person on night duty was helpful with parking and the staff were generally nice and helpful. It is a plus that parking is available at the hotel, but it does fill up quickly in the evenings
There is a big sign in the lift saying it periodically breaks down so would avoid using if you can…!

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Reception is manned 24 hours should you needed anything additional we of would been able to accommodate. Apologies you only had the one towel in your bedroom, this should not have been the case. We are pleased you found our night staff helpful. We do have a sign on the lift asking guests not to hold the doors open as this can cause the lift to go into fault, this would be the same with any other lifts in any other property. We do not ask you to avoid using the lift. Your bedroom was located under our restaurant - our restaurant is in use from 7.30am - 11am and again from 18.00pm - 21.00pm, we do wish you would have made us aware at the time you could not sleep for us to firstly make sure no customers were wandering though the restaurant or if we where able to move you bedrooms. Once again thanking you for taking the time to write us a review, we will take your feedback on board.

Places to stay in Paignton
Publié le 12 juill. 2024 sur HotelsRoom was clean, good size, only one hair shop and body wash which was by the sink, but could access from the shower, bit dated but nice, beds little stiff for my liking, but still slept well, great view of the park and sea view, breakfast lovely, staff lovely

Loved the hotel apart from the shower it was terrible. The water dribbled out. That was our only complaint.
