Pour une nuit ça suffit.
Publié le 19 nov. 2014 sur HotelsJe n'ai passé qu'une nuit au XBase (Base Bay of Islands). C'est comme des studios les uns à côté des autres. A 4 lits et équipé d'une salle de bain et toilettes (dans la même pièce). Ils ont organisé un barbecue le samedi soir, c'était bon et sympa. Je n'ai pas utilisé la cuisine, mais elle avait l'air correct. Proche de la plage.

We could not get hold of anyone to let them know our flight was delayed after phoning and emailing most of the afternoon. We ended up in the dark rain and no where to stay at 9.30pm at night. Poor service

Very sorry to hear of the difficulties you had, especially in the rain!
Are you sure you came to the right place ? We have contact information on the office door for out of hours assistance and instructions to check in with the bar staff after the office has closed. The bar sits directly alongside the office and is open till late.

The staff were amazing, Nathan really went above and beyond to help me and show me all the amazing walks and things to do around town, the location is a bonus with the beach only a 2 minute walk

Our hostel is located in the perfect place, being just a short 5 minute walk into the heart of Paihia and also stones throw away from the beach.

Really nice Hostel!! Loved all the palm trees everywhere and how close it is to the beach and shops, definitely recommend this place if you are a solo backpacker and love meeting new people as there was a bbq and a bingo night that got me to meet loads of backpackers like me (: Also a hostel cat named Harold that made my experience here 20x better

The BBQ we set up every day is a staple of our property and has been feeding hungry backpackers for 15+ years.

Our location is in a prime spot and being just a stones throw away from the beach and a short 5 minute walk into the heart of Paihia we couldn't be happier with where we are located.

Good location and entertainment

Room was good, although limited power outlets. Kitchen was small but clean. Good entertainment in the bar each night with happy hour deals on as well
