Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty has seen a lot of use. Walls and skirtings could do with a good clean and fresh paint.
The sliding door lock is loose and it took some juggling before it could be locked.
Kitchen could do with a proper set of cereal bowls and bread and butter plates.
I didn't feel the property lived up to it's rental cost or suit four adults. Two adults two children max.

Publié le 25 août 2024 sur HomeAwayIt'd be difficult to find a better holiday spot in Paihia. Superbly sited - 3 mins walk from town but quiet - and with views over the bay. And superbly stocked with all we needed. Even a hot water bottle in the bathroom cupboard. Never seen that before. Host really on the ball. Recommended.

Amazing stay at beautiful Bayview!

Location was excellent and the beds were very comfy. We didn’t want to leave! Would definitely recommend and will re-book for future trips to Paihia if available. 5* accommodation!

This is a lovely property, with a very nice view. Very comfortable and lots of room.
