Located just .8 miles from a dog friendly beach which offers paddle boards, kayaks for rent and enjoy a beach fire until 11 pm. The pier is a great fishing spot with a boat launch. Fairport Harbor is a beautiful harbor town located on Lake Erie at the mouth of the Grand River.

This quaint cottage offers a ton of fun. The deck is huge with a 4-person hot tub & golf cart, sectional and dining all while enjoying views of the Grand River Marina. The lower level is a dedicated entertaining space with ping pong, darts, and additional tv. The house offers 2 living spaces upstairs for everyone to spread out and enjoy relaxing. The dining table is easily extended to seat up to 12 guests. Tucked in the garage is a golf cart for fun rides to the beach just .8 miles away.
