Small warm-water swimming pool, good enough for enjoying with kids but also could be very crowded during ling weekend it holliday.

Place is amazing, clean and good maintenance of property. Just wish that staff can communicate simple English.

Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur Hotels Beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were friendly and service was great in all areas. From reception to the breakfast and lounge drinks. Rooms were luxurious and well laid out.

My stay at the U khao yai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in, making us feel welcome from the start.
The room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spacious, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean. Breakfast was great. Me and my family really enjoyed staying there.

The hotel is wonderful. Clean, comfortable,great staff, excellent food, beautiful gardens. The only problem is they have this ridiculous policy where people can check out 24 hours after they check in. That's great for the people checking out but horrible for people trying to check in!!! Expedia states that check in is after 2:00pm and check out before 11:00am. We arrived around 2pm and couldn't check in to our room for hours. I can't blame the staff for following the hotels insane policy. Guests need to know when they can check in!!!
