Upon check-in, the linen looks crumpled and blood-like stains were visible at the bottom of the duvet. Requested room move but linen change was offered. I was unhappy but had to accept because it was 2.30am and I felt tired.

Central Location

The hotel is in a small mall so there are a few options for meals. The room was large and everything worked as it should. There was mold in the shower area but otherwise clean and pleasant. I will stay there again if I get an opportunity.

The hotel is attached with a cinema. Noise from corridor easily entered into the room, so a bit noisy

Breakfast variation is not good enough

This hotel has good location, but need some improvement on the breakfast and comfort. Sound from cinema21 can be heard from rooms, and disturbing our sleep.

Good Price.Service is Poor

Good only for a short stay.Service was not that great as nobody was there to pick our bags until we checked in.We found towels are not that clean.No wake up call for the given time.Late to pick our baggages for check out so we brought them alone.Breakfast limited verities.

おそらくこの地域においてはよい方の施設と思ってます。 ただ、廊下で工事や清掃している音がうるさかったり、邪魔であったりしました。 室内は良く清掃してもらっていたと思います。 でも冷蔵庫は作動しませんでした。 ドアの立て付けが悪く、鍵を閉めるのに苦労しました。 スタッフのみなさんは、リスペクトをもって接してくれていたと思います。
