Heard a crash, it was the AC coming through the ceiling…power outage at 9pm for a good 30 minutes. Hotel overall is in poor shape. This is the “best” in town. Be prepared for a hotel that says it has western standards but is very, very, local and is not at international standards for service, quality, food or facilities.

Please accept my sincere apologies for any un-pleasant circumstance it might have caused as well as rest assured that I will be personally share your valuable feedback with our team in order to review our internal processes and ensure avoiding such unfortunate situations in the future and to ultimately further elevate our guests stay and overall experience.In recent days, the Government Electricity Provider (PLN) has conducted scheduled upgrades to their generators grid hence unfortunately affecting several areas in Palangka Raya with sometimes impacting the main electrical supply and or power drops. These up-grades are nearing completion to the benefit of residents and Palangka Rayas visitors who will be able to enjoy stable electricity supply in the future covering the growing demand in the city. Modern hotel with good gym
Publié le 10 sept. 2018 sur HotelsThe hotel is new and beautiful with great customer service and gym facilities. The only constructive things are bad internet connection and low-quality restaurant. Otherwise the hotel is lovely and I will definitely stay there again.

Contre : 特になし。
Emplacement : タクシーをチャーターして、周辺を半日観光しました。現地ツアー会社に申し込むことにより、ジャングルへのリバークルーズも可能でした。
設備が新しくて清潔感のあるリゾートホテルのようでした。朝食は、ブッフェ形式で品数も多く、満足できる内容でした。
