Don't book this place!
Publié le 1 déc. 2022 sur HotelsWe booked a confirmed reservation. Got to property after long drive around 22:30. Front desk guy said they were sold out (online still showed rooms available.) After waiting over an hour and Dealing with Hotels.com extremely unhelpful customer service (who essentially told me it wasn't their fault) i was told to go to a different hotel and they would accommodate me. Other hotel was terrible as well (no running water, 1 towel, no toilet seat, no shampoo, breakfast not included... bed looked really clean at least). I was not given any form of a refund

We are really sorry for what transpired. We too were very worried about how everything unfolded. We received a call from your agents immediately after we got sold out but were still to close the rooms. We informed her that we are fullybooked because she was making a last minute booking unfortunately she decided to book you through Expedia anyway. Moreover we are sorry about the place we transferred you to.we had tried better places even those that are more expensive than us but all we fully booked. We want to assure our valued travelers that this was the first incident and we have learnt from our mistake.

Very friendly welcome..... The room was clean and comfortable. The location is not prime, but when you have a care, it is OK

Publié le 19 mars 2019 sur HotelsMade the right chose to stay here. Friendly reception and very clean. New building and modern. Had a small problem with breakfast but was sorted out. They even washed my car on the morning I left.
