Emplacement : trop loin
J'ai réservé avec la ville de st-augustine et j'ai constaté par la suite que l'hotel étaitloin de cette ville sans pouvoir annuler la réservation.

Our cancellation policy is 6 pm and we cannot cancel rooms after 10 pm on a night that we are fully booked. Dear Danielle,I'm very sorry to learn that you were not satisfied with your stay at our hotel during the hurricane Helene. We tried our best to make your stay as comfortable as possible /offering you different options of your room location etc./ and we are sad that it didn't work out for you. I apologize for the inconvenience of the hotel loosing power but in the severe weather it's something to be expected. All our guests were warned about this possibility as the hurricane Helen was approaching the area and as we discussed it with you, we were open to the idea of cancelling the reservation free of charge as well.Sincerely,

This property was almost unexpected, it does not match the rest of the area. It was strange that my search for stay in St. Augustine lead me here but over all it was a good experience. The property was clean, had lots of amenities and the Staff was friendly.
