Décevant

Assez déçue par cet hôtel. Le lieux est très mignon mais c'est tout ! La chambre est petite, la salle de bain étaient sale. Le petit déjeuner est très décevant, c'est café ou rien, le buffet est vide alors que nous n'étions que 3 couples dans l'hôtel !

Bellissimo soggiorno

Premetto che Porto Rafael e’ un posto speciale, quindi l’ hotel sulla piazzetta ha un fascino unico. Sono stata fortunata perche’ la mia camera aveva il terrazzino con vista mare, sulla piazzetta il che non ha prezzo. Monica e’ il valore aggiunto dell’ hotel, disponibile e gentile. Per il resto non c e’ servizio. Visti i prezzi , investirei in una colazione, anche basica ( caffe’ e croissant)magari facendo un accordo col Gattovolpa, il bar sotto l hotel. Cambierebbe tutto. Comunque ci tornero’ con grande piacere.

Zauberhaftes Hotel und Lage! Achtung, die angegebene Adresse in Expedia ist falsch, sie müssen ca. 2 Minuten den Berg weiter hoch rechts weiterfahren.

Good hotel, but not for elderly or small kids

Porto Rafael is a known location for its lovely surroundings. The hotel itself is located on a little square and is rather unconventional. To reach it, one need to leave the car on the nearby street, and roll/carry their bags down to the square for about 100m. The road down (and up) is not easy, paved with stones, and rather steep. At the square there are no hotel signs, ask the restaurant waiters for directions. To reach the rooms one has to then carry the bags 2 floors up, no elevator there. I would not recommend elderly people or families with small kids to live in this hotel just because going up and down that road and stairs, especially in warm weather could be quite a challenge. Hotel has 6-7 rooms in total, so not many guests, and in general it was quiet. However the walls are thin, so prepare to occasionally hear your neighbours talking, etc. We had a tiny room (6-7 sq m probably) and even tinier bathroom. Room is clean, very nicely furnished, and double bed is very comfortable. Our windows faced the "inner garden", that is just a wall to the next building. Rooms facing the square should have better view, but must be very noisy. Breakfast is good, but be there on time, as the food tend to run out well before the end of the breakfast time. The restaurant by the hotel is expensive, even for the Costa Smeralda. The beach is nearby, but lots of boats come and go, so choose beaches somewhere else. To sum up, a good hotel, great surroundings, but would not stay there again.

poco curato, lampadina rotta, frigo non funzionante, poco attenti e curati nella colazione wI-FI non funzionava

Hello Stefania, We are sorry to read your review. We do acknowledge that the bulb on the lamp had stopped working during you stay, as can happen from time to time. As soon as you let us know, it was promptly replaced. We apologize for this inconvenience. All of the mini-bars do work, but as they are small, they are made to keep cool only the items we provide. If you put your own items in the fridge, in addition to the items we had provided, it is natural that the fridge will not work to the maximum potential. We do have free wifi for our guests, both in the lobby area and in the restaurant- and they are both working perfectly. I apologize if you were unable to benefit from these hotel perks. We look forward to welcoming you again at Rafael Boutique Hotel, and thank you once again for staying with us.

Tolle Lage, charmant, freundlich

Tolle Lage, zusammen mit dem sehr guten Restaurant ein toller Ort um Abende zu verbringen oder nach Palau zu fahren Freundliche Mitarbeiter, täglich frische Handtücher etc, ich komme wieder

Uprofesjonelle aktører på et vakkert sted

Skuffet over hotellet. Stillte ikke til forventninger og pris . Betrakter stedet som en uproffesjonell aktør. Mørklagt uteområde rundt hus på kveldstid . Personale forlot stedet uten å gi beskjed kort etter vår ankomst .Ingen engelsktalende foruten en telefon jeg fikk overrakt ved ankomst. Avtalte frokost med vedkommende kl 8.30. Ingen tilstede på hotellet morgenen etter og ingen frokostservering. Ingen svar på telefon når jeg forsøkte å ringe hotellets selvoppgitte nummer i informasjonsskriv. Anbefaler ikke dette stedet.
