The staff was helpful and they speak English. They offer transportation from the airport for about 4000 IRS. There's a jewelry store down below and a Chennai silks across the street. You can walk to a grocery store, tea stalls and reataurants. Id stay again.

Over priced for quality. The ac didn't seem to cool at all and the toilet smelled bad due to sewer gases escaping through floor drain.
The property was clean and staff ia friendly.

Gem in small town- a must stay!
Publié le 29 déc. 2021 sur HotelsOne of the Best hotels I’ve stayed in India! We reserved 3 rooms for family of 8 with pink beddings & rooms were clean, spacious & exceeded my standards! One room with green bedding was smaller & tight, but clean. Towels & beddings were also clean, bed was comfortable & we had a roll out bed in one room & that was comfy too. This place is a gem for small town & breakfast was fabulous! Best masala dosa & sambhar, pongal & veg & non veg items were delicious. Staff was courteous & check in was a breeze. I would improve the business chairs & lighting but overall great place! Highly recommend this hotel, visiting from USA, our family was welcomed & left appreciative.

Worst Receptionists; They ask Weird questions and declarations at Check-in. Surprisingly, the room service person showed more hospitality than the front desk receptionist!.Very disappointing management! Never book rooms in any of the GRT hotels!!!

The room type that guest are checked into is dependent on the room type and number of persons that they are booked into. At the Time of check in our front office team have briefed you very clearly on the room part which is booked by you.
