Overall we were satisfied with the stay. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and other meals were good also. We liked being able to walk 5 minutes to Icon shopping mall for a few items we needed. Only negatives were the rooms need some updating. Primarily the bathrooms. Some renovations was being done on a garden area directly outside our room that involved jackhammering all day long. Annoying but I understand that is part of improving the property.

최악의 인도네시아 호텔 이었다.
Publié le 14 mai 2024 sur Hotels너무 오래된 호텔이고, 노보텔 팔렘방에서만 묵다가 지겨워서 바꿨는데, 큰실수 였어요. 하수구 시궁창 냄새와 구석구석 너무 더러워요.
냄새때문에 향기 스프레이를 잔뜩 뿌려두는데, 냄새에 섞여서 구역질 납니다.
바퀴벌레는 매일 봤어요..진짜 너무 스트레스 받았습니다.
직원도 모두 친절하고 레스토랑 음식의 경우 주문해 먹는것은 맛있습니다. 조식은 한번 먹고 너무 맛없어서 안먹었어요.

Reasonable stay, reasonable comfort.
Publié le 15 janv. 2022 sur HotelsHelp staff, a bit slow for early breakfast, but friendly and helpful. location near to shopping center was useful, but off major roads, so fairly quiet. Also the local mosque call to prayers at 4:15 was very quiet and could not be heard if the low background hum Air Con was used in the room. Furnishings a little tired but comfortable bed. Shower was over the bath and water went outside of curtain, Very hard to shower in a more controlled fashion. Rooms were large, hotel seems to attract families at weekends as kids stay for free. Walkable to my work location in M Hoesin Hospital.
