I drove 6 hours from Athens in the scorching heat, and when I called, an old lady picked up the phone that had NO IDEA about a reservation, nor did she allow dogs like they say they do! Being that it was the day of the reservation, Expedia couldn’t do anything, as she had to cancel it. She was clueless! Her son handles everything who apparently has a “busy” shop and doesn’t keep track of things! After a month of calls, yesterday she used foul language towards me, saying that it’s better that I never went, and that I am bothering her! STAY AWAY!!!!!!"
