Excellent service, the staff helps a lot giving us information about areas around the property. The view and beaches in front of the hotel are breathtaking. Very happy with this place. We stayed for 6 nights. Thank you Federica, Chris and Caroline for all your help.

LOVELY HOTEL WITH VERY GOOD STAFF - RECOMMENDED
Posted Feb. 27, 2023 on HotelsHotel was in a lovely location overlooking beach. We were kindly given a nice sea view room with a balcony which we had requested. Only fault was there was only one chair on balcony which wasnt ideal for 2 people. Room/bathroom was comfortable and cleaned throughout our stay. We got airport transfer which was quick and reliable. Found staff to be very helpful and polite. Nice hotel which I would highly recommend...

There was a beatiful view of the bay, staff was helpful and the airport shuttle was much cheaper than a taxi. I would definitely stay here again.

We were scheduled to stay 3 nights we had to stay for one. This is definitely not a 3 star property. It’s a 1 star motel. I should have realized when a notice on the wall states pool opens at 9 to 1:30 and 3:30 to 7pm??? OMG!! When we checked in the room assigned to us STUNK of cigarettes, we requested another room, they should us 2 others much better smelling still a smell of cigarette just like the hallways. Once we were in the room and started looking at the condition of the bathroom and the bed spread we requested a refund which we were told they had no authorization to give us. We got Expedia involved and after1.5 hrs on the phone we stayed the night because we didn’t want to be driving around at night. Morning came we went to breakfast at 9 am (ends at 10) there was practically nothing available (no exaggeration) we had coffee and croissant. One family came in around 9:15 and complained an they brought them bread and cold cuts! Front desk same person from the day before tells us they will refund us the 2 nights. We were out of there in a flash! Avoid this nightmare and book Florio Park Hotel about 10 miles from this place!

This was a very nice place beautiful view close to everything
But..... they allow dogs and we had a dog not far from our room that barked all night long

Posted Jun. 26, 2019 on HotelsIn a nutshell, I got the keys at reception, walked into the room with my family and walked straight out and booked another hotel.
They then told me I would not be charged and low and behold there is a charge on my credit card.
