Beautiful hotel with many different rooms to explore and to enjoy a drink in. The hotel had many hidden rooms that took a few days to discover. Do check out the rooftop terrace! Breakfast included was delicious with great variety - coffee and snacks all day.
Rooms were clean and maintained. The staff were attentive to our needs. Do not hesitate to ask questions and ask for restaurant recommendations!
Location: quick access to buses. Close to mini markets.
In summary, this hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Palermo. The hotel is beautiful including artwork and vibe.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
Area for improvement: missing a mini-refrigerator in the rooms to keep beverages cold during hot summer months.

We loved this little gem of a boutique hotel - the facilities and general comfort were beyond expectations. The staff were absolutely outstanding - with the reception staff changing our sheets when I spilt water on the bed! Breakfast and snacks were generously offered and we felt we were made to feel special!
