Elegant and bright early 20th-century house with a large garden in front of the Botanical Garden, in the heart of Palermo's historic center.

This two- level house boasts a charming Sicilian garden with tropical contaminations that immerses guests in a relaxing oasis, and the Art Nouveau style of its interiors, emphasized by high ceilings and floors decorated with original cement tiles with geometric designs. The ground floor houses a living room, a single bedroom and one with a queen-size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. From this room guests can access a charming dehors with large windows and wrought-iron finishes typical of the early 1900s, furnished with a dining table and also accessible from the small fully-equipped kitchen. The upper floor houses a second bedroom with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower and tub. In additione, the garden houses an outbuilding, complete with a queen-size bed and a bathroom with shower.

Guests will benefit from amenities such as Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, iron, air conditioning in some bedrooms, and heating with heat pump.
