The property was top notch at a reasonable cost. The staff were professional and very friendly. I would highly recommend.

The staff were very accommodating and nice, the breakfast was excellent, the overall condition of the room was ok, the sofa bed pullout mattress was horrible, very thin with bumpy springs and dirty spots on it. The sofa itself had old cheesy crackers under it and smelled bad. It smelled like someone was cooking with spices in the halls and room, the air conditioning did not cool well, requested refund for 2nd night and went to another hotel as there was not a room available with 2 beds instead of pull out.

Thank you for staying with us. I have passed the concerns about your oom to the head housekeeper. At this time we have a large group that has been with us for a couple of months, and there are food aromas in the halls.

The bed was lumpy and hard and the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. Breakfast was poor and bare. Property needs a refresh.
Staff was friendly.

Thank you for staying with us.I am sorry your bed was not comfortable. All of our beds and frames are less than a year old. We always have different firmness of pillows at the front desk upon request.

Highly disappointing.

The bedroom window Was unlocked and slid open(room was ground floor)
2nd bed appeared to have dirty linemen on it so we had to cram into one bed.
This was a stay as a result of my Moms passing & funeral. I didn’t not have the emotional strength to change rooms or even report the problems soooo we just dealt with it.

We are very sorry for the loss of your mother. We appreciate the review. I have passed it on to the head housekeeper. Though we understand it was disappointing, we were not given a chance to make it right during your 3 days of staying with us. Each day housekeeping came by the room, the DND sign was on the door.
