Chère Anonymous, Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que votre expérience dans notre hôtel primé n'a pas répondu à vos attentes. C'est également dommage que vous n'ayez pas apprécié notre petit-déjeuner buffet chaud gratuit. Tout notre personnel fait de son mieux pour mener à bien le processus de rénovation sans perturber nos précieux clients tels que vous! C'est pourquoi nous avons établi des horaires de bruit stricts de 10 h à 18 h avec l'intention de ne causer aucun inconvénient. Nous comprenons que ce processus n’est pas agréable, mais nous demandons la patience et la compréhension de chacun alors que nous essayons d’améliorer et de mettre à jour notre propriété afin de garantir la meilleure qualité de séjour que nos clients méritent! Je vous remercie.

A fee for a baby... really?!

So frustrating, to get back home, take a look at our bank statement and find out that we got charge an extra 30$ cad for our baby who's less than 2 years. We stayed at 5 Holiday Inn's during our trip and it was the only charging that kind of fee. Not impressed.

Pet friendly….. thankfull was stranded and they took the stress away beautiful room amazing staff….. very very thankful….. breakfast included ( but nothing to write home about). Overall very pleased!!!sjk

Super friendly staff Great breakfast Comfy beds And oh the sheets were so soft! Oh and the ledge in the shower to put your foot on to shave your legs!! I thought the hotel was new but was told it had been remodeled years ago You have a wonderful maintenance crew I never give a hotel a 10 usually a 9 but this was amazing I will be back in town next week and had planned to stay at the beach but will be staying here again Keep up the great work

PLEASE remove the tree blocking the hotel sign. I drove past the hotel a few times before I finally saw the sign. Aside from that the hotel is outstanding! The breakfast was bar none. The sheets were soft as silk. The remote control should be replaced. It’s very difficult to figure out let alone operate.
