With nearly $200 per night, parking should have been included. Yet, I was being charged $26 to park my car per night .

From when we walked in the person at the front desk wasn't very friendly or inviting. More rude and dismissive as we asked abt coffee shop and jacuzzi. On our way up the room a humidity smell in the halls then we find a machine trying to remove the apparent water leakage all over the hotel. We walk into room and tiles missing from the roof and as soon as we step in the bathroom huge puddles of water coming from what looked to be the ceiling exhaust. When we called he again was rude and tryed and lie about the spa or jacuzzi. The man said well we do have one but you can't go in it now its only open till Sundown

Beautiful lobby, room service poor to prep for 2nd

The bed was clean and comfortable. However, I was disappointed the fridge was loose and unsteady in room 816, it was not secured and hazardous. I could not access. The next day clean up was not done well. Bed was made, bath towels were picked, up, but the ironing board and iron was left in place, the ice bucket was not changed and provided with a clean bag.

Staff were like robots , hotel wasnt anything special, had to complain 3 x to get them to turn the spa heater on , dont buy anthing from the little store prices are rediculous, worse than an airport (rip off).

Once we were check in and had access to our the room was not cleaned well at all one sink was dirty and shower was really dirty to the point were I just decided I would have to clean. Me and my company will not be coming back to this location I hope they improve
