The property was unappealing so old (looks like it about to collapse), very dirty, and dingy. Only 1 small elevator (took forever). The property is dated could use good renovation. No central air (2 window units).
Advertising pictures were deceiving. I will not stay here ever again.
The room is filthy dirty, ants everywhere even found on bed, TV, furniture, remote control were covered with dust to the point that everything is so sticky (nasty) we didn't even attempt to turn on the TV (possible not working anyway). Window blinds are terrible they don't roll, and they looked bigger than the window. Terrible wall paint (looked like it's repainted by a child).
Kitchen: only 2 cereal bowls, 3 medium size dishes, 4 coffee cup, 2 teaspoon, 2 tablespoon, and 4 forks, 3 steak knife, 1 small fry pan, and 3 cooking pans were available. NO drinking glass, NO cutting knife, NO cutting board, NO paper towel, NO kitchen towel, NO trash bag, NO cooking ware (1 plastic cooking ladle and 1 plastic cooking spoon), NO dish soap, NO coriander.
Refrigerator: ice maker didn’t work.
Dishwasher: the door has very loud squeaky noise every time trying to open.
Noises: door slamming all day long
Positive note: Friendly front desk, ocean front (steps to sand/beach, beach lounges were nice. Publix store and few eateries: 5 minutes away (driving). Wi-Fi available. Breakfast available 8AM-9:30AM (we did not attempt).
I hope this review helps future traveler to be prepare.

Very old building. The property was like it was a good place. This place doesnt look like an hotel. Very limited amenities. The only good thing was the view. If i knew better that the condition of this place was like that. I wouldn't stayed here.

We provided you with the apartment as reserved with the amenities as advertised here. Our offering is reflected in the price. We offer a fair value for an apartment in Palm Beach facing the water on the beach and ocean. Our competitors charge considerably more for a full-service resort-style oceanfront hotel.

The area around the property was very quiet. It was located on a very beautiful beach with some lounge chairs and cabanas available. Our room was also very spacious and comfortable

this hotel is in need of upgrade its very old from the moment we enter I was like no this is not what I see on the internet the elevator is old and dark I was very scared to ride it. went I get there the room was not clean I had to call and let the front desk know this is not what I see online they change the room to another which was not even good but a tad bit better. then they charge me for a roll away bed which I did not use and I gave it back the same day I did even used it. and they promise to return it and then don't return it. also no hair dyer or lock box or ironing board I had to call for a hair dyer. no do not disturb sign either. they just walk in anytime on us. these are all the things I encountered here. not would not stay here are recommend this hotel!

You were fully refunded for the rollaway bed that we brought to your room for your daughter but decided not to use, You were refunded for the rollaway for all the nights, even the night it remained in your room. We are looking into your concerns and hope to provide a better experience should you return in the future. .

I loved the views, the beach and the room itself. I liked the history and uniqueness of the hotel. I was disappointed in the breakfast buffet, both hours and selection. The restaurant and bar had very limited hours. While the general upkeep of the hotel was quite impressive, there were places that needed repair or updates. Especially reception and elevator.
