The property was unappealing so old (looks like it about to collapse), very dirty, and dingy. Only 1 small elevator (took forever). The property is dated could use good renovation. No central air (2 window units).
Advertising pictures were deceiving. I will not stay here ever again.
The room is filthy dirty, ants everywhere even found on bed, TV, furniture, remote control were covered with dust to the point that everything is so sticky (nasty) we didn't even attempt to turn on the TV (possible not working anyway). Window blinds are terrible they don't roll, and they looked bigger than the window. Terrible wall paint (looked like it's repainted by a child).
Kitchen: only 2 cereal bowls, 3 medium size dishes, 4 coffee cup, 2 teaspoon, 2 tablespoon, and 4 forks, 3 steak knife, 1 small fry pan, and 3 cooking pans were available. NO drinking glass, NO cutting knife, NO cutting board, NO paper towel, NO kitchen towel, NO trash bag, NO cooking ware (1 plastic cooking ladle and 1 plastic cooking spoon), NO dish soap, NO coriander.
Refrigerator: ice maker didn’t work.
Dishwasher: the door has very loud squeaky noise every time trying to open.
Noises: door slamming all day long
Positive note: Friendly front desk, ocean front (steps to sand/beach, beach lounges were nice. Publix store and few eateries: 5 minutes away (driving). Wi-Fi available. Breakfast available 8AM-9:30AM (we did not attempt).
I hope this review helps future traveler to be prepare.

I loved the views, the beach and the room itself. I liked the history and uniqueness of the hotel. I was disappointed in the breakfast buffet, both hours and selection. The restaurant and bar had very limited hours. While the general upkeep of the hotel was quite impressive, there were places that needed repair or updates. Especially reception and elevator.

Area is ok but not much to do around this property, also no walkable dining area, even for the coffee.
Breakfast is poor.

Here on Palm Beach Island, there are not many options on the beach to walk to but there are few restaurants. There are two other full-service hotels nearby. Our breakfast is a continental breakfast with bagels, croissants, muffins, yogurts, cereal, fruit, oatmeal, juices, and coffee. It's designed to get you going in the morning. It is not meant to be a full American Breakfast. Each apartment comes with a full kitchen for cooking. We are honored to have served you and we hope to see you again soon.

En lo general estubo bien! el personal fue amable, la habitacion espaciosa es tipo departamento, mi familia y yo estubimos comodos, las instalaciones de ven algo viejas pero se ve que han estado renovando, los pasillos y elevador son los menos agradables pero es aceptable, la alberca nececita un poco mas de cuidado pero se puede nadar bien, el desayuno incluido es muy basico pero encuentras cafe y cereal, lo mas bello de todo fue tener el mar en frente.
