Room was great. Property was great area around the property was great only issue would be parking.

Outside my room were pails collecting water. The ceiling tiles were iff and the pipes exposed. The plumbing made noise all night I felt unsafe. The room was not as pictured. No cooking area just microwave and refrigerator

Enjoyable Stay

I stayed here for a mini weekend getaway, and I enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and well furnished. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars walking distance from here. I also enjoyed the study room on the 2nd floor because there were chess tables.

I normally don’t write reviews, but I thought this was important from the health point of view. I recently stayed at Tropicals of Palm Beach and was extremely disappointed. The property is in dire need of renovation. From the moment I stepped into the hotel it was clear the place is not being properly maintained. The carpets were old, stained, and the general areas smell terrible. It felt like they hadn't been replaced in decades. The worst part, however, was the mold. It was noticeable throughout the room, the first room we were offered had mold around the AC, we requested a change, we got 2 options, the other room was smaller and had two air filters running full speed, we figure that room probably had a problem also, so we selected the last option because the room was bigger and had a balcony, but after checking we found mold in the toilet on one of the bathrooms, still the rest of the room “look” ok. We spent that night there and next day my wife had itchy eyes, and I was a bit stuffy, but we left early to the beach and then drove around basically all day, we came back at night and this time we could smell mold, and my wife got Itchy eyes again right away, so we decided to leave right away. This is a serious health concern, and it made my stay very uncomfortable. Breathing in that musty air was not pleasant, and unfortunately it is all around the hotel, not just the rooms. It is unfortunate because the hotel has the “potential” of being a really nice hotel.

Der Flur hatte einen schlimmen Geruch, von dem wir Kopfschmerzen bekommen haben. Im Zimmer selbst war es auch muffig. Das Badezimmer und die Küchenzeile waren ziemlich dreckig und heruntergekommen. Leider garnicht gepflegt. Das kostenlose Valet-Parking war jedoch ein großer Vorteil.
