Comfortable, but Repairs Needed
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe home meet our space needs, and was furnished well. Pool was great! We had plumbing problems that required service. Master shower wouldn’t drain and guest bath clogged. A shared line was clogged. There was very little water pressure in master shower, so we were unable to use it. There are electrical issues, ie.-turning on hair dryer, causes lights in BOTH bathrooms to go dim. Other times lights go dim, then bright rapidy. Very little light in dining room. The listing said there was a vacuum cleaner, but we were unable to find one. The property meet our needs for the most part, but we wouldn’t rent it again. Too old and in disrepair. Landscaping has lots of weeds.

Good vacation

I reached out a couple times for assistance and wasnt answered or one time they said they would send someone to clean the pool and no one ahowed up. It was full of dirt and bugs. We werre able to skim them out mostly but would have lobes a vacuum. Overall our stay was good though. Cute house and we enjoyed ourselves.

Clean & Fun
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis house was perfect for us. It was clean and open. Both king size beds were comfy. The pool was awesome! Nice touch with the outdoor lighting. Plenty of room for R&R. Although not advertised, we couldn't get the pinball machine to work, but Ms. Pacman and Galaga were great! An outdoor clock would be a nice add. Plenty of dishes, cups, linens. Oh, and although pet friendly, we didnt notice any signs/scents of animals. Highly recommend!

Great house, terrible communication

The overseas service team is sometimes communicative and then not when you need them most. The binder at the house with the local manager was old and the local manager was no longer with vacasa.
Overall, great house, but find out who to contact locally right from the get go

We had an amazing time with our family!!! We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family! And we will absolutely be booking our future vacations with you!!! Needs some work
Publié le 8 avr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house could have been cleaner. We found hair on the toilet seat, and the floors weren't cleaned well. The main thing though was the unfinished flooring! They just laid a rug over it. Huge gaps between the boards! Overall it was good though. The back patio at the pool was our main area for the week. We were definitely disappointed in some things, but overall had a good vacation.
