Family Holiday Getaway

Everything you need including towels, dish soap, trash bags, all kitchen necessities, beach chairs, etc were provided. Chatted with the Host via text and phone conversation upon arrival and she was definitely focused on making sure everyone was happy. Very pleased with this unit and the entire area. Thanks for the wonderful memories…..

Cinnamon Beach stay!
Publié le 3 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayIf you have ever stayed at Cinnamon Beach it does not disappoint the view was spectacular. And,we had a great time as we stayed for a long Thanksgiving weekend. What was disappointing was the cleanliness of the unit. I feel it is a lack of oversight with the management team. We could smell the mold on arrival and after looking around you could see it on the furniture especially in the bedrooms. The other issues was the Beds. I don't want to over Exaggerate but the beds are Decade-old. And the living room sofa, loveseat ,and recliners did not recline. In fact there was a posted note not to plug in furniture. Not to mention the kitchen was disappointing it lacked the necessities to cook in and there was no cleaning supplies, we had to buy items to clean with windex papertowel garbage bags Clorox spray..Overall we enjoyed the view and thank the owners for letting us stay. spray. , bedrooms.,that was the most

I wish you could have contacted me with your concerns prior to your comments since there is always an open communication with all our guests as you may have noticed when requesting passes or accepting your request to check in early. The recliners work and only the sofa is disconnected/ unplugged because of damage caused by a previous guests. Either way the recliners are not part of the ammenities offered on our web-page and is an extra service provided to our guests for their enjoyment and accommodations. We have already looked into the cause of the moldy smell and there was a filtration of water through the bedroom window from the 2 recent hurricanes that has already been solved. I wish you can be more explicit regarding the cleaning supplies you mention since every room is supplied with soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, liquid soap, etc. The kitchen is supplied with paper towels, dish soap, and dishwasher soap.
If there was a question Carolyn you could have contacted me directly. As you can see in our reviews there are excellent comments. We have taken pride to work diligently with our guests to create solutions. I hope you enjoyed the complimentary coffee and wine we leave for all our guests. Thank you for your visit.

Terrific Long Weekend Getaway!

The condo was very spacious and our hosts were fantastic communicators. Both the beach and pools are an easy walk from the condo. We will definitely return!

Perfect spot for a girls weekend!
Publié le 14 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty is beautiful and spacious! Loved the area and the amenities! We did have some trouble with the mattresses on the bottom bunks, they seemed to have been warped, making them difficult to sleep on. Otherwise, no issues at all!

Annual Family Vacation

The view from the lanai is fabulous and it is a very short walk to the beach. The pool is a bit of a walk but we spent most of our time on the beach so this was not a problem. We would stay again.

Great Beach Location and Great Condo

Everything was as advertised.
What I have found this year with renting condos, no one provides washcloths. So if you are used to using a washcloth, you need to be prepared to bring your own. Everything Was provided.
You will need to prepare for the need of: dish, pods, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags for kitchen and bathroom, TP.
There is a sample of soap and shampoo in each bathroom.
We would rent from this couple again in the future.

A Little Bit of Heaven
Publié le 30 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo is Beautiful!! Location is perfect and the view incredible. The layout is all about relaxing and enjoying the view. Plenty of space for our party of 8. We didn't want to leave!!
