The Space:

Perfectly situated on a saltwater canal, this property includes a private dock for your boat or jet ski, making it the ultimate retreat for water enthusiasts. Feel the gentle breeze as you unwind near swaying palms, grill your favorite meals, or lounge by the inviting pool. Inside, you’ll find bright, light-filled spaces designed for relaxation and entertainment, featuring a foosball table for friendly competitions and a modern kitchen that’s ideal for hosting families and friends.

The living area boasts a tremendous 65" flat-screen smart TV, making it easy to gather around for movie nights or catch up on your favorite shows. The kitchen is generously sized, featuring both a dining table and an island that comfortably accommodates 8-10 guests, along with a wine cooler to keep your beverages chilled and ready for enjoyment.

Master Suite:
The master bedroom is a true haven, furnished with a luxurious king-size bed that promises restful nights. Coupled with ample storage and a serene atmosphere, this sanctuary is designed for complete relaxation.

Family-Friendly Accommodations:
Ideal for families, the second bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin size topper and a full size on the bottom, sleeping three comfortably, along with a smart TV for entertainment. Bedroom 3 features a cozy queen bed and a smart TV, perfect for another couple or individual, while Bedroom 4 also accommodates two guests in another queen size bed, making this property sleep up to 10 people in total.

Guest Access:
New to the Area?
If you love nature and the outdoors, Palm Coast is for you. This laid-back beachside community is located between historic St. Augustine and world-famous Daytona Beach and there’s plenty to see and do. Within 15 miles you’ll find Marineland, one of Florida's first marine mammal parks, and billed as "the world's first oceanarium", and Washington Oaks State Park known for its unique shoreline of coquina rock formations along the Atlantic Ocean. Check out nearby Long Creek Nature Preserve by canoe or kayak and be sure to visit one of several small beach accesses that feature cinnamon-colored sand and coquina rock only found in this area of Florida.

Bring your boat or rent one and enjoy a relaxing boat ride through the maze of almost 70 miles of salt and freshwater canals, or fish on the ICW/Matanzas River easily accessed from our home. In either case, you’re likely to see dolphins or even manatees along the way.

If you like to jog, walk or bike, this area abounds with over 130 miles of nature trails throughout the city and along the river.

For golf enthusiasts, the area offers several great public golf courses and many private ones that offer seasonal memberships.

For the children (dogs and adults), besides our beautiful beaches, James Holland Memorial Park features a play area with slides, bridges and ladders, a climbing wall, a zip line, an archeological digging area, sandpit, and treehouse. There’s even a dog park, covered pavilions, and courts galore: tennis, shuffleboard, basketball, pickleball, bocce ball, sand volleyball and horseshoe pits.

Flagler Beach is about 20 minutes south on A1A and is the county’s ‘beach town’ with ocean view restaurants and shopping.

History lovers will love visiting historic St. Augustine, the oldest city in America, just a quick 25 miles north. The city has a European flavor, with centuries-old buildings, horse-drawn carriages, hidden courtyards, forts and of course the Fountain of Youth. History not your thing, then hang out at St. Augustine Beach where you’ll find beautiful white sandy beaches with lots of shopping and restaurants. About the same distance south, you can drive on the beach at World-famous Daytona Beach.

List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap (small hotel size). Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We do not provide zip lock bags, seran wraps and foil paper. Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
