This sprawling vacation rental estate is one of a kind. The private estate features controlled access with two driveway gates, tall hedges, large swimming pool, chef's kitchen, large outdoor open space and gorgeous mountain views! Located one mile from Tennis Gardens!

OUTDOOR SPACE
The amazing property was made for relaxing in the sunshine with your loved ones. The front yard features a 4-hole mini-golf course, basketball hoop and ample space for outdoor activities. The backyard features a large pool, above ground spa, BBQ island, outdoor dining for 8, and ample space for more activities! A place to spend time with your loved ones!

INTERIOR SPACE
The inside of the property features a sprawling floor plan. The kitchen is located in the center of the home and features stainless steel appliances, large refrigerator, and ample space for storage and meal preparation. A small 4 person breakfast table is perfect for morning coffee or breakfast, located on the other side of the kitchen is the dining room featuring seating for ten. The TV room located by the entry of the property provides ample seating to enjoy a sports event or your favorite show with your friends or family. The property features a full-size washer and dryer, one car parking garage. Ample parking is available in the garage driveway.

GAME ROOM
Located at the back of the property a separate game room features table tennis, pool table, card table and additional sleeping quarters for overnight guests.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
All five bedrooms are spacious and styled to flow with the design of the home. Each bedroom features a 50in. Smart TV, en-suite baths, with exception of bedrooms three and four sharing a Jack & Jill bath. The primary bedroom has flexibility to be stand alone casita, or open trough the home for convenient access to additional bedroom. It features a king bed, large closet, walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual sink vanity. Guest bedrooms feature king beds, closets and en-suite baths.

Great house, Great location, Issue with Pool Heating
The house was beautiful and in a great location in Palm Desert. Great privacy and lots of space for our 7 family members to enjoy time together. Everyone loved their bedrooms that had their own individual TVs. My only issue was the pool heating, which was a big deal since a major draw of the house was the pool. I requested the pool to be heated before my stay (which was an added cost), and was disappointed to discover that it wasn't heated when I arrived. There was a number of back-and-forths with the property management company, including an attempt to remote-start the heater, which didn't work. Finally after 3 days into the 6-night trip, they found a pool vendor to come out and kick-start the pool heat. Only having the pool usable for half the stay was pretty disappointing for family members who were expecting to enjoy daily swims (most of my family flew in from freezing cold climates for this vacation). Again - the house was great. But because of the issue with the pool being heated, I have to take away 1-star.

Beautiful home and property with every amenity!
Our family, old and young, enjoyed a relaxing stay rarely leaving this very private property. Everything we needed/wanted was there: a beautiful pool with water feature, hot tub, large side yard for corn hole and soccer practice, an ample number of lounge chairs with multiple areas of outdoor seating and tables, several well placed umbrellas, a putting/chipping area in front with a few golf clubs and balls to use, front porch chairs with view of stunning sunrises and a huge casita with additional bathroom and sleeping plus pool and ping pong table. The indoor areas were spacious and well furnished. Three different indoor spaces/tables for dining and/or game playing were very welcome. This is the first VRBO we’ve stayed at in the Palm Desert area (have rented 4 other places) where there was actually plenty of dining room seating for the numbers of guests it accommodates. The kitchen was huge and amply furnished with multiples of everything. Plenty of indoor and outdoor tableware, so much serving, baking, glassware, utensils and cookware, all in great condition. Bedrooms were spacious with plenty of closet space and hangers, extra pillows and towels. We couldn’t have asked for more. We certainly hope to return sometime in the future.

Great House for a Girl’s Weekend
Five friends came to Palm Desert to play in a tennis tournament and stayed in this wonderful house. It had ample space, a beautiful backyard and security with the gated access. In walking distance to Indian Wells Tennis Center, the house was only 12 mins by car to El Paseo and all the fantastic restaurants and shops. We all had a great time!

Wonderful,spacious home that was within a mile of Indian Wells tennis tournament. The property manager was quickly responsive to any questions or issues. The home is clean and well stocked and worked perfectly for our group of 4 friends.

Great overall experience! Plenty of room for parking cars on the property and for 12 adult guests. Fun golf chipping area in front yard, nice pool and hot tub in backyard with BBQ. Separate casita with pool table and more space to stay. No complaints at all!!

Had a great time in a great house
As a point of reference, our local extended family likes to get together in a big house and have some fun. This was maybe the tenth home we have used for this purpose, and everyone thought it was the best. The house provided more than enough room for everyone (9 adults, 4 kids). The large kitchen was used to prepare several group meals, and the chefs were all extremely pleased at how well stocked the kitchen was. The pool, jacuzzi, and chipping greens were also popular.

Huge property with many amenities
Our family of nine adults and children stayed here for the weekend. Plenty of space for everyone, fully stocked kitchen, sparkling pool with waterfall, spacious, private outdoor area, walled in, front and back, so kids could run around safely. We had a wonderful time celebrating my granddaughter’s 15th birthday!! Everything we could have needed was provided for us.
