Welcome to beautiful Palm Desert. This newly updated second level 2bd 3ba (3rd room w/ Murphy bed) is located inside Desert Falls Country Club. Where you will have full access to the gym, tennis & pickleball courts, pay as you play golf course, restaurant & bar. Less than 5 min from the new Acrisure Arena, multiple casinos & The Living Desert Zoo. Brand new beds, furnishings, smart tv’s in every room, fully stocked kitchen, Wi-Fi, balcony area w/ flat griddle, egg chair, and fire pit, game room in garage with ping pong table, darts, foosball table, bball arcade, his & her bikes.
The space
This is a family friendly home with plenty of entertainment inside & out. Plenty of games for the family including, board games, large & small Jenga, Lego’s, card games, 3 smart tv’s with plenty of streaming options including Netflix, Disney plus, Prime, HBO Max. Wi-Fi cable, high chair for the lil ones, a dedicated work area, printer/fax/ scan machine can be added for longer stays. The Bedrooms | Master bedroom has a new Cal-King with ultra firm mattress, large walk in closet, large deep soaking tub, his & her vanities. Bedroom 2- King size bed with soft mattress, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with shower. Bedroom 3- Office, has a pull out style Murphy bed w/full size mattress. Kitchen- Fully stocked for home cooked meals. Including air fryer, blender, microwave, toaster, baking supplies, cooking oil, adult & kids dinner ware. Laundry Room- washer/dryer, hair dryer, iron & board. The pool is located only 2 min away from the property! Also, grocery store w/Starbucks & local favorite coffee house/ sandwich shop is down the street from your exit. The Living Desert Zoo 10 min away from the property/Cabazon Dinosaurs & Outlets are short drive away. This place is perfect for a small family, weekend w/friends, romantic l on getaway.

Lovely Oasis in the Desert
Our family loved unwinding at this lovely home. The hot tub and pool felt great after a day of hiking and my kids absolutely loved the rec room and the scooters! Walter even rush shipped a light bulb when the bedroom lamp died. So thoughtful!

Amazing! Huge place, lots of amenities. Beautiful safe quiet neighborhood
This was my first time in a VRBO property and wow! I may never go back to hotels when traveling with my family. Game room was so fun. Place was bigger than expected, clean, updated and a great layout. Excellent communication from host. We will definitely stay again.

Great Location
The property is everything you would want for a family stay. We were in town for a wedding and had our 3 daughters and my wife and me. The pool was close to the house and was heated. Ralph's grocery store is less than 1/2 mile from the house, and the owner is very responsive.

This place was awesome! Walter was very easy to connect with and was available if anything was needed. The decor inside the home was very accommodating and inviting. Not once did we feel like we were in someone else’s place. It felt like home from the moment we arrived. The amenities of both the unit and the community were great. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the community as well.

Best Vrbo Accommodation Ever
Our stay was THE best stay we’ve had compared to ALL the rental places we’ve done before and we usually rent a place at least 2-3 a year. Walter was so accommodating to our needs. Our check in was supposed to be in the afternoon but he allowed us to check in super early with no extra fees AND when it was the day of check out he messaged me and said to not rush on checking out. How awesome is that?! He was very responsive to all the questions me and my group had and the place is amazing!! It was clean, stylish, and spacious!! Very much recommended!! Thanks Walter for letting us stay at your beautiful property and for your accommodation!

This place was spectacular! If you ever want a family vacation, Walters place has it all. World Famous, Sherman’s Deli is down the street. Pool was awesome and many games such as ping pong, darts, a miniature putting green, mini basketball, bikes, and the best part; an electric scooter you can ride around the neighborhood.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Walter’s house during the Father’s Day weekend, and his property truly exceeded our expectations. The property had everything we could possibly need and want for a fun weekend getaway. Highly recommend the property. We came for the Indian Wells tennis event. Everything works well and very clean. The linen is higher quality than most properties. We appreciate Walter giving us the option for earlier check in if the cleaners were done. The kids love the foos ball table and amenities in the garage. We would stay again.

Desert Oasis
Stayed here for a concert. Location is very convenient to Acrisure Arena. Lots of nearby shopping centers. Condo was in a very quiet, safe, and secluded neighborhood. We were able to enjoy a game of pickleball in the Country Club where the staff was friendly and helpful. Condo itself was very clean, cozy, and fresh smelling. There were a lot of personal touches by the owner like the well appointed coffee corner with all the necessary provisions as well as multiple games for entertainment. We enjoyed playing pingpong in the garage and the electric scooter was a lot of fun too. The owner is responsive and very, very kind and understanding. We accidentally broke one of his picture frames in the garage and he was very, very considerate of the situation. Overall, this is a very comfortable home with all the amenities needed, located in a very safe and lovely neighborhood, with a very considerate owner. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Lovely Property in a Great Location
Very nice accommodations with easy access to a pool/hot tub. My son loved the games in the garage and the electric scooter. The property grounds are well maintained. We liked how close we were to the freeway so it was easy to go explore. We were very happy with our decision to stay in Palm Desert versus Palm Springs. Walter was easy to work with and we only wish we had a few more days to spend there!

A gem in the desert
We loved everything about this place. Nicely decorated with a well-stocked kitchen. Larger than it appears in the photos. On a quiet road. We thoroughly enjoyed the ping pong table and foosball, and reminisced when playing Pac Man. Four adults found their inner child! But best of all was the responsiveness of the owner. When we needed something, he sent it immediately and checked in regularly by email to make sure everything was fine. We have rented many homes and the owner was the most responsive of all. We hope to rent this place next winter.

We were in Palm Desert for my son‘s lacrosse tournament and wanted to stay in the place where we could share with another family, which was perfect in this place. It was my son, her son and her and I. We were not there very much, but it was nice coming back from a long day and be able to relax. Loved the place.

Fantastic Weekend Getaway in Palm Desert
