Staff a nice but room was dirty , old food on floor, sofa bed sheets had stains , one towel in bath room, room was booked for 3 adults 2 children, pool area no towel available, restocking seem to be an issue.

Lovely hotel, huge rooms with great facilities. Quite quiet around the hotel, although there was a shopping centre approx 2 miles away. You can even get a local bus there for 50 cents. The hotel parking was a hassle was you had to book it online via a third party parking company and not directly with the hotel when you arrived, which didn't make sense and was annoying.

The suite we stayed in was very run down and dirty. Walls needed to be cleaned. Mattress had large stain on side. Light switches did not work. There is a bathroom sink next to the bed. The suite had a musty smell that might be because the shower curtain was too small for the shower and the bar was uneven so the curtain fell to the middle preventing it from blocking shower spray.
We were in a suite that could sleep up to six people but received three bath towels, one washcloth, and a floor mat towel. There was no hand soap for us to use at either sink.
Location requires a $10 per day parking fee but the lot is not secured nor does it have any security patrols. Plenty of parking available as not many people stayed at this location. You pay on an app. We didn't pay. We didn't get any tickets.
The breakfast on the first day was good with a wonderful omelet however, the bananas that were provided were brown and unappetizing. The second day, the omelet was very sad looking but the bananas were better. No paper plates or to go containers provided for people who preferred to eat in their suite. The evening reception food offering was very sad. Chips and salsa and carrot and celery sticks that looked past their expiration date.
Overall, a very disappointing location. Stay elsewhere until they invest in a remodel.

We actually checked out early, rooms were extra outdated and not inviting, dirt work around an extremely uninviting and awful pool area, no water bottles in the room, more of a motel than an Embassy Suite. Beds were comfortable, staff at the counter were kind. An extra $10. a night to park and you have to copy an outdoor code cover with your license plate in the heat which didn't work! If you're going ti charge for parking - include it in the charge!! Don't make your customers go through hoops when its 112 out and make us register on plaques outside with credit cards! No brainer people!

Air conditioning cut off and come on all night, when air conditioning cut off it was so loud I taught someone was breaking inside my room, this happen all night, I did not even get a good night rest. Very disappointed
