beautiful hotel, very scenic and a lot of activities..
i didn't like that i ordered room service, left for the day with plans to eat the rest of my meal upon return and when i got back on 8/17 the tray was removed from INSIDE THE ROOM. aLSO, TRAY REMOVED BUT ROOM NOT CLEANED AT All!!..trash not removed, no towels..so why come into my room and remove just the food tray..this was WEIRD AND FRONT DESK SAID SAME. aDDITONALLY, TEH SHOWER WITH WATER THAT GETS ON BACTHROOM FLOOR REALLY CAUSED ME TO SLIP AND FALLIN WATER ON BATHROOM FLOOR...THESE ISSUES WERE QUITE DISTURBING FOR PROCE OF ROOMS.

Weekend getaway

First day they sent a crew to change the locking mechanism on our door which took way too long and inconvenient. Second night they send someone to break into a door next door because guests locked themselves out. Major noise … annoyed that they didn’t change there lock since it was so necessary to change ours. Check in staff useless … wouldn’t help us to book a second night since we booked the first through a third party… pool bar service not available on Thursdays… all round disappointing… comparing to other Jw’s we’ve stayed at … won’t be returning …

Hotel property was lovely but situated about 30 mins from Palm Springs. Great if you want to golf and stay on property but a bit far from Palm Springs area restaurants/ downtown etc
