Property. Is clean and has all amenities for families and adult groups.

Publié le 17 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWhat a fabulous property! The home itself is immaculate. The location is ideal. It has a super layout, especially if you are traveling with other couples/children. Couldn't have asked for more. Most importantly, Gloria is a tremendous host- always there should you need anything at all. The home is nicer in person vs. the photos. We will definitely be back! Can't wait.

Disappointing upon arrival
Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe arrived to a dirty home that had not been cleaned after the last guest's stay. The property manager immediately tried to get cleaners in and the place was finally cleaned 31/2 hours after our arrival. We then had to contact her for many oversights, not sufficient supplies -ie toilet paper , no shampoo. She was effective at rectifying the oversights but these were items that should always be stocked and available. There were no thoughtful extras like at many vrbo properties I have stayed in in the past , ie salt and pepper , oil . Glassware and china were either chipped or in short supply .. no plastic wine glasses for around the pool . In the end we enjoyed our stay, however I can't see myself booking this property again.

Leisa I’m so glad your stay went well after we took care of you. I want to acknowledge once again that we fully took accountability for the issues you experienced during your stay. As you know, we refunded you as part of our effort to make things right. The situation with the previous cleaners was unexpected, and we’ve since replaced them with a new team to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
Our track record has always been very good, and we take every guest’s experience seriously. Running this business for many years, we’ve built a reputation for running a tight ship, and we’re committed to maintaining those standards.
We do have plastic cups for the outside POOL AREA inside the cabinet, just above the microwave. The SEASONINGS are above the seasoning spindle in the cabinet. In the other note we have an abundance of dish-ware/glassware, in the future please be sure to let us know during your stay if you would need more place dish-ware.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused, and we’re confident that moving forward, we will continue to deliver the exceptional service we’re known for.

Golf trip

Perfect Palm Springs Getaway with Exceptional Host!

Our host was attentive and incredibly detailed in every interaction, ensuring we had all the information we needed for a seamless check-in and stay.
The house itself was a dream. It was evident that our host had thought of everything to accommodate our group comfortably. The layout was perfect for our needs, and every room was prepared with guests in mind—plenty of towels, extra bedding, and even the jacuzzi heated for us when we arrived.
Moreover, the attention to detail was visible everywhere, from the well-equipped kitchen to the beautifully maintained outdoor spaces. We truly felt at home, and it was clear that our host went the extra mile to make sure everything was in place.
I can't recommend this VRBO enough. If you're looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable experience in the desert, this is the place to book! Thank you for the unforgettable stay!
