The hotel room was not clean, very outdated, restaurant closed. No cups with coffee pot but pot was very dirty. Would not recommend.

I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where I occupied a room and another guest used their key to open my door. It happened to me during my stay. My room wasn’t ready at the hotel’s time for check-in. They switched me to another lesser quality room which I accepted due to an appointment that was scheduled. When I called the desk, they said it was “a computer clutch”. When I was leaving for my appointment I confronted the desk in person to confirm that no access to my room could happen during my appointment. Upon my return, I went to my room and my key wouldn’t work. One would think that that the desk could have anticipated this during my face-to-face discussion earlier. Just horrible service….

The check in was a little slow. The staff told me that none of the info that i give when making the reservation is passed on to them so they have to take it all again. King size bed was available….im 6’3”” so that is a priority. The quilts were clean and warm. There was shampoo, Cond. & body soap. Tv worked fine. Room was clean. It was quite.

This is not a pet friendly hotel no matter what anyone says. They charge a $75 NON-REFUNDABLE dog fee. There was no mention of that anywher until checking in. Not worth it. Stay away.

This place is a joke. Only one way in and out. Probably because it’s in a very dangerous area. I definitely don’t suggest walking around the property. Spa smells of chlorine. The worst part however is their customer service. No body is in charge and they keep passing responsibility to the “management “ who will be getting back to resolve your issues. No body ever calls back after multiple attempts! My so called vacation has turned into a nightmare. The opposite of relaxation! I’m so let down.

This stay ended up being a nightmare. The absolute worst I’ve ever been treated. I ordered spa service as this is a spa resort. However during the massage there was the very loud sound of drilling, banging and sawing just out front the spa service area. When I brought it to the attention of the front desk they apologized and mentioned that there would be a refund for the inconvenience. That didn’t happen! They have been and still are giving me the runaround about they need to clear it with management “who is on vacation “ never got back to me. I have called multiple times very politely asking for the resolution and always told to leave my number and they will call me back. Guess what, no call back! As far as the actual stay, I would say the place has a very uncomfortable feeling about for a so called spa hotel. And the hot tubs real of chlorine! So much for mineral spa after all the chlorine they use. They have there regular maintenance guys taking care of the chemicals. Not good! After all my travels from Motel 6 to Marriott I have never had a worse experience! Definitely not worth trying to save a buck.

This property is located just off an expressway and is centrally located to many attractions. Very friendly and helpful staff. Amazing on site restaurants. Both of them had a great dining experience. We would definitely stay here again!
