Nice house, could use some upgrades.
House description was pretty accurate. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is right under the flight path of the airport. So, expect some airplane noise. Especially when you are outside. Kitchen has supplies. Just the basics. Pans were not clean. Had to wash before using them. No cookie sheets or baking pans for the oven. Silverware and mugs are sparse. No regular sized spoons, only large ones. Only one large knife, and one small paring knife. Makes meal prep a little challenging, but we made do. There was salt and pepper, but not much else. Careful opening the refrigerator, as it slides out every time you pull open a door. Beds are comfortable, but sheets are rough and scratchy. We had to unload the dishwasher on arrival, and fold laundry left in the dryer. No towels were laid out for us. But, we found some in the dryer and in the bathrooms. House was pretty clean. We did use the hot tub, but not the pool. Took some time to heat up. But, it did work properly.

Amazy5 nights in Palm Springs with my Sis. The Spa and pool were exceptional, close to airport and downtown and freeway(I-10) TV was basically nonfunctional and in Russian but realized I didn’t need it with stars, books and my computer. Very clean and gorgeous option for your getaway.

Nice place, but not stocked with much and pool heated not included.
Thought the pool was heated like listed, but showed up to it and the hottub freezing. You have to pay 75$ per day extra to have it heated and also takes 12hrs to heat once you contact the host, plus the hottub can’t heat while heating the pool, wish we would have been told this before hand. The host was great about responding quick though. Kitchen was great for cooking in. Not much in the house but the basics. No games besides the foosball table, so we bought our own. Nothing outside besides chairs, no floaties or anything for pool. Thought house was really clean and nice, minus the trail of ants coming in from the garage door. Close to airport. Overall had a good time, but wish it had more stocked and had information about the pool up front.

Overall, it is a good place to stay. Would have appreciated more information about how to work the TV (had to connect to my phone/ home cable provider to get any programs). Also needed info on how to operate the spa. Perhaps a notebook with the pertinent info would be great.

Palm Springs Getaway.
I was visiting Palm Springs for an extended weekend with friends and this was one of the first listings to come up in my search. I was looking for a property with room for three adults and a private pool and hot tub. This had all three. One frustrating thing about many PS roads is that they are very under-lit. I missed the turn to get into the complex a few times because I couldn't see the sign clearly. By the time I arrived Alexis had texted me the entrance code and I easily got inside. The floor plan is extremely open. The kitchen, dining table, living room are all part of one big great room. It was very clean and a nice space to prepare snacks and meals while my friends and I were there. The three bedrooms came with a full size bed with a foam top. They were very comfortable. I only have a few complaints. Fist, I was texted that the hot tub would reach it's maximum heat in about 40 minutes and it took much longer than that. Alexis did respond and tell me that the meter indicated that it was at its maximum heat, but it really took almost two hours to actually be hot enough to qualify as a hot tub. While all the room were quite nice I noticed that several outlets didn't work. And there were a number of lamps with burnt out light bulbs. Minor inconveniences, yes, but I did have to keep testing each outlet. Overall, a nice residence. I imagine as the neighborhood expansion is completed, it will become an even more desirable location.

Sehr sauberes Haus
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider ist es zum Teil recht laut. Um 6.14 h wird man von der Poolpumpe geweckt. Gegenüber wird gebaut und die Baufahrzeuge sind nervig. Dazu kommt der Flugverkehr. Ansonsten ist das Haus in Ordnung gewesen

One of our best stays
This house is a great place to stay. We are a group of 4 men aged 37-45 that have done an annual road trip for the last 16 years. We stay in 3-4 different properties each trip. This is in our collective top 5 of all time. So much room. We never felt cramped and having a king size bed in one room was a huge plus. The pool was great and the area was very quiet and peaceful. Only one minor complaint and that was the flight path to the airport goes directly overhead. So you have to head that when enjoying the outdoor space but it wasn’t enough for me to lower my review rating. You couldn’t even hear them inside at all. If I’m ever in Palm Springs again I will be looking for this particular listing

Fantastic Stay at a Beautiful Holiday House in Palm Springs!
I recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning holiday house in Palm Springs, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. The house itself is beautiful with a modern feel. The spacious living areas are bright and airy, the décor is stylish. One of the highlights of the property is the outdoor space. The backyard is a private oasis complete with a pool, comfortable lounge chairs, and a shaded patio area perfect for dining al fresco. It was so hot, we spent a lot of time in the pool and spa. A great space to relax. The house is also equipped with all the amenities you could possibly need. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances, making it easy to prepare meals at home. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. Location-wise, the house is perfectly situated. It's in a quiet neighbourhood yet just a short drive away from downtown Palm Springs, where you can find great restaurants, shops, and attractions. We loved having the option to enjoy the tranquillity of the house or venture out to experience the vibrant local scene. The hosts were fantastic and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay

We had a great time. Why rent three hotel rooms when you can rent a house for much less, and enjoy a private pool too?! Hosts were attentive, beds were comfortable, home felt spacious. Helpful hints to renters: In the kitchen cupboards we found some basic spices, olive oil, and some coffee (though we brought our own). Didn’t find foil, seran wrap or ziplock bags (not that it’s expected, but it’s nice to know in advance). A/C was great! Plenty of bath and pool towels available. Overall we had a great time!

Perfect house for a Palm Springs getaway!
A group of 4 of us stayed at this property for 4 nights. It’s a cute house with a great pool and spa. The hosts (Alex and Alexa) were amazing at communicating with us. Everything is super clean. A couple of tips for anyone looking to stay here: 1. There is no garage access so if you have an EV you will need to take to a charging station to recharge your battery. 2. The kitchen is very nice and spacious and has most items you would need however if you are planning on cooking a lot of meals here, I would definitely bring your own set of cooking knives. 3. If you have any back or neck issues while sleeping or like a lot of pillows, I would bring my own pillows from home. We would definitely stay at this house again when we are back in Palm Springs.

The pool was perfect and relaxing, the house was clean and had all the we needed including beach towels for the pool.Beds were comfortable with nice linens. Communication with Alexia excellent!
