Consisting of a single story, there will be no one above or below you, which also means there’re no stairs to be concerned about. After spending a day by the shared pool with a good book in hand, kick your feet up and relax in the living room featuring comfortable seating, a 55-inch television, a DVD player, and an Amazon Fire Stick. The dining area is equipped to sit four as natural light fills the living and dining rooms through a large sliding glass door opening to the patio. Plus, the kitchen features all the small and large appliances you would find in your own home and is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare gourmet meals for your friends and family.

THINGS TO KNOW
-Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.
-The utility deposit is $500 for 28 nights with $125 added for each additional week the guest stays.
-Oil-based lotions and sunscreens are forbidden for use in our pools and spas. We strongly encourage the use of oil-free alternatives, such as zinc-oxide-based sunscreens, which are available from brands like Neutrogena and at most major retailers including CVS, Walmart, and Target
-This home is managed by Vacation Palm Springs Real Estate, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
