The staff is fabulous. The breakfast options are great. This time the heater was very noisy in the room. The bed is so comfortable. The handicapped accessible bathroom is a true lifesaver although the water wasn't very hot this time.

I always travel with my therapy dog and was shocked that this property had a $100 non refundable pet deposit. I’ve never encountered this before, so unfortunately, it didn’t even cross my mind to ask. My room was also right next to an exit door, so it was very loud, which isn’t good for a dog that barks to protect.

Amazing Hotel!! The entire space appeared new! Surrounding area felt safe!! Super clean and super state of the art!! Staff was friendly!! The room was super clean with a great view! Wouldn’t doubt this hotel was made within the last 5 years! Would definitely stay here again!

Terrible Customer Service! I called and spoke with Christina and her manager Brianna because my credit card was charged although I didn't make the charge. When I asked for an explanation, I was answered with phrases from Christina "I am not going to explain it to you," and from Brianna, "dispute it with your credit card company we are done here." Is this how you treat your returning customers?

I really like the breakfast option it was better than expected. I did not like the fact that they do not provide daily housekeeping but the cleaning lady Magdalena provided me with clean towels which I really appreciate

Nice room for the value. Nothing extra, not even skin lotion. The bad: Older mattress, with groves in it. Loud car noise and loud AC machine. The good: pleasant gal at checkin, room was good sized, hotel lobby was decent but vacant because nothing was open.

We were in town for a Celebration of Life so were actually at the hotel for a relatively brief period, mostly spent in our room sleeping. The woman who manned the front desk was amazing. She was so nice and welcoming when we checked in, returned from the Celebration and checked out. The hotel was less than 10 minutes from the Celebration. It was a perfect place to stay.
