Great girls’ trip!

The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels, toilet paper, tissues, toiletries and linens for everyone (extras of everything). We had a minor ant issue in the kitchen and the master bed was warm (on its thermostat). Each room equipped with ceiling fans and smart tv’s.
The location was great for morning walks/ runs near paths. Just a few minute drive from downtown PS, the tramway and not even a mile from the grocery. About an hour from Joshua Tree. We really hit it all while we were here (5 days).

Koren, thank you for sharing your experience, we're pleased you had a great stay, overall! It's good to know you found our home well-appointed and its location served you well. That said, we apologize for any ants you saw and our local manager assured us that this has been addressed. They also checked the A/C units and noted there are two thermostats for the home and they are in good working order. If any doors/sliders are left open, it will trigger the thermostat to go into eco mode to help conserve energy and we regret any inconvenience. We enjoyed having you as our guest and we hope to host you again soon.

Homeowner needs to step it up.
Publié le 30 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayEven though the house layout is great and pool/gazebo area is nice (except for crapy lounge chairs), several issues were exacerbated by 2 maintenance power outages we were not made aware of. This caused the air conditioner, pool heat and refrigerator to blow, ruining all the food we bought and made our stay mostly miserable. House is in flight path and kitty corner from an abandoned house which we were not made aware of although the neighborhood is quiet. Garage door was broken before we even got there. We had to use the garage fridge which wasn’t plugged in at first. King bed is really a Queen bed. No house manual to tell you where things like pool buttons and gazebo lights are located. Our Vacasa customer service guy was very responsive and helped as best he could but most service calls came later than the homeowner relayed to him which kept us waiting around for resolving our issues. We felt sorry for the next renters.

Lori, we're glad you enjoyed our home's layout and thought the pool/gazebo area was nice! That said, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the power outages during your visit. Unfortunately, Palm Springs in its entirety, experienced several unexpected power outages due to weather conditions. This resulted in some of the home’s features giving out due to tripped breakers (power outage caused). Please know that the homeowner and staff worked diligently to resolve any issues caused by the outage once the power was restored. Due to the inconveniences you encountered, they gladly provided compensation as these are not typical issues that occur at this lovely home. Our local manager reported that the home has not had any further complications and all was corrected in a timely manner. Again, we apologize for the issues this unforeseen outage caused and hope for another chance to enjoy a nice stay at this great property!

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Restful

The location is close to grocery stores, golf courses, and downtown Palm Springs (my wife and I had several nice runs through the nearby neighborhoods and into town) - and the bedrooms, living room, and kitchen (we like to cook and were very pleased) were all well appointed and genuinely very comfortable.
Be sure to let the property managers know that you would like the hot tub and pool at least three days in advance. We were a little late for that - but they made it work for us anyway - which was very kind (the overall service we received was excellent). We spent a lot of time in the pool!
We highly recommend this property.

Fun and convenient home!

Plus, the house is well built so that one person could be asleep in a room and not be disturbed by people playing games in the game room or watching tv. We will definitely be back!

Fun days in the house!

We appreciated the fireplace, game room and especially thankful for the heated pool and hot tub. The house is very comfortable and roomy and is in a great location close to downtown Palm Springs. We had grandparents, our son, daughter in law and 2 kids 12 & 8 The 8 yo loved the foosball and pac man !
We all would love to come back!
