Located in quiet area at base of the mountains. Has great facilities -pools, tennis courts, fitness gym and onsite restaurant.

I have stayed at this property before and had an awesome experience. After this experience, I won’t be returning. I had a 1 bedroom unit. The AC in the bedroom was extremely loud and kept me from sleeping the first night - I see others have experienced this issue here. I called the front desk in the morning and asked if they could have maintenance look at it. They never did for the 2 nights remaining.
This is what really did it for me though. When I checked in I was given a map of the property to show me where my room was and also where amenities were etc. On this sheet (I still have it and would share a pic but doesn’t seem like Expedia allows), it clearly states ‘Check-out time is before 11:00 am.’ On the day was checking out, I was about to go out the door and the phone rang. I picked it up and was informed the person calling was from the front desk and that ‘it is 10:40 and checkout was at 10…why are you STILL in the room?’ I was very taken back, I said that I read it was before 11. “It is not, it was at 10!!” I explained I was leaving now and hung up. I turned to sheet on the table and there it was. I stopped into the lobby and the woman that called came to glass. I asked if she was that person and he said ‘yes’ so I placed it on the glass and asked her to read what it said. ‘OH, I guess it did say 11.’ There was no apology or anything. I’ve worked in the service industry and get the challenges on that side but this is unacceptable!
