The room carpet hadn’t been vacuumed in sometime and the in-room Keurig did not work. The room decor was very tired. Noise from their night club was apparent in the guest rooms until very late. The kitchen/dining room was closed for a private function, however there was no function. Bottled water that was to be given out at the Front Desk had no bottles available and unfortunately the gift shop and coffee/bakery shops were closed late afternoon. What did make up for all the disappointments were the kind, generous actions of the Night Auditor and the Security person that made me a fresh pot of coffee at 5am! 😁

My room wasn’t available until 4:55 pm. The hot water took 4-5 minutes to get warm. The gym was poorly equipped, and the only treadmill could only go faster, not slower. The music played at the pool all day was too loud. And the bar was almost always closed.

Service was amazing. The only thing I was unhappy with was that they referred me to Beautiful Spa when I asked where I could get a pedicure. Worst pedicure Ever. Go to Loveky nails. It’s in the plaza right across the street. Hotel was quite nice.

The service was outstanding. We arrived after driving 10 hrs, with 2 dogs, and one person in a wheelchair. Sebastian and Maggie- valet and security, were SO helpful and lifesaving! I can’t praise them enough. All the personnel were helpful and patient with our entourage!

Rip off daily charge of $46 for outdated workout room and pool is a joke. Terrace light on all night and really annoying. Way too expensive….response from manager a joke.
