Très bon emplacement pour cet hôtel en plein centre de la ville et au cœur des animations. Le Staff est très sympathique. Grandes chambres mais les salles de bain auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement (et remplacer les baignoires par des douches).

Beaucoup moins de transats autour de la piscine que les années précédentes. Du coup, impossible de profiter de la piscine pendant toute la durée de notre séjour car dès 9h30 du matin, aucun transat de disponible !

BEWARE!! This is not your typical Hyatt. I’ve stayed at Hyatts all over the world, by far this is the worst. It’s an old run down motel failed at a remodel. There are swamp coolers everywhere to include your room so when your AC goes out. DONT STAY HERE. I can’t believe they allowed the name on the building. Not worth the money, wish I could get my money back.

Hotel is under reno!! Do not book!

I give this hotel and experience a negative -5!!! It was a switch and bate experience!!!! My experience was beyond terrible!!! Worse hotel experience in 30 years! Can’t believe a Hyatt hotel was like this! First off, it was over 100 degrees and the hotel lobby didn’t have AC on. Instead they had one big commercial fan. No one greeted us. The hostess was helping a guest but everyone else was on their phone. The hotel was under renovation and no where were we notified or disclosed. It was like a ghost hotel. The room was barely cleaned. The vents had build up that spiked my allergies! It seemed like they stopped cleaning when they knew they were going to renovate. The pool had mildew and moldy and was closed. On top of that, when we went to check out, the front lobby was abandoned. We waited for 10 minutes and left. Later I looked at my statement, they charged me over $100 for resort fee and etc. I will take care of the dispute after. And hotel.com I demand a full refund. Terrible terrible!!!!

This is my favorite Palm Springs hotel due to the helpful staff, and the quiet setting, near the mountain, while being right on Palm Canyon Drive.
