Très bon emplacement pour cet hôtel en plein centre de la ville et au cœur des animations. Le Staff est très sympathique. Grandes chambres mais les salles de bain auraient besoin d’un rafraîchissement (et remplacer les baignoires par des douches).

Beaucoup moins de transats autour de la piscine que les années précédentes. Du coup, impossible de profiter de la piscine pendant toute la durée de notre séjour car dès 9h30 du matin, aucun transat de disponible !

Do not recommend

Stayed at 6th floor. Hallways were terribly hot, AC was not working yet no one seemed to warn or care for guests in reacomodating. Room was hot and could not sleep two nights, had to cut our trip short to 1 night. Pull out couch was terribly uncomfortable. Bathtub water was leaking. Entire hotel needs a facelift.

Dirty and dilapidated

Dingy, dirty, and dilapidated. The first room was downright gross so we asked to be moved. The second room was better but still very dilapidated and not very clean. For example, there was something spattered all over the wall and gunk on the mirror that had never been wiped off, the fixtures were rusty, and the fire alarm made an obnoxious high pitched sound that was really grating. This place is definitely not worth the price. It wouldn’t be worth half the price.

I get that it’s Palm Springs and it’s the desert. But the room never got cooler than a minimum of 78°even after I put the thermostat all the way down to 58°. I couldn’t sleep it was so hot. When I told the desk staff I was told they’d “look into it”. Also the room was unkempt and had a strong marijuana smell to it.
