Publié le 16 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay here, I would say it’s nicer than the pictures on the listing. It’s in a great location and we loved exploring the neighborhood on the bikes. So close to the airport and downtown but quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again

House was wonderful, quiet and calm
Publié le 23 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThere is nothing bad to say about this home, but we were surprised to get a notice the night before we arrived that there is a quiet ordinance in place in Palm Springs. Luckily, we were with friends and family who are relatively quiet so there was no issue, but it is definitely not a home for a loud group.

Hi Elizabeth, I am so happy that you enjoyed the house. That is what I strive to make happen! The Palm Springs noise ordinance is out of my control. It is what it is. The only thing I can control is providing a clean, safe, and enjoyable space for my guests; it seems I did that. Information about the noise ordinance is clearly stated in my house details on the VRBO page so that renters can be aware when booking. I also sent it to you with the house info days before your arrival. I am sorry that it still caught you off guard. You are right; it is not a home for a loud group, and neither is any other house in Palm Springs. Loud means blasting music and extreme partying. They are reasonable guidelines. The noise ordinance was created years ago to curb the big party houses from disrupting the neighborhood's full-time residents. It is on par with other cities that have high rental traffic. Anyway, I hope that this helps. I thought you were great guests, and I gave you a 5-star. Thank you for visiting!

Always Amazing!

Quiet and private, the house is wonderful and maintains its historic charm, has everything you need, and the pool and view of the mountains are incredible. It is a perfect spot to relax and explore all PS and the area has to offer. Close to everything and a beautiful neighbourhood for a stroll. Francie and her team are an A+++, very responsive and a joy to deal with. Lima Modern is a perfect home away from home. And we will be back, again!

Relaxing
Publié le 15 août 2024 sur HomeAwayI love this place. It's quiet, peaceful and beautiful. Everything you need is supplied. The pool at night on an air mattress was especially relaxing. I just want acknowledge Francie as a wonderful host. I hope to return to Palm Springs and it I do, this will be the first place I'll check for availability.

Quiet MiMo serenity
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayLimo modem was exactly what we wanted to experience a MiMo home in the movie colony of palm springs. A very tidy home to relax and enjoy the Mountain View. The pool was great but summer time temps would have been nice if the pool had a chiller option but that didn’t stop us from enjoying it. Overall a great rental.

A tranquil and rejuvenating stay

If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and enjoy some quality time with someone special, this is definitely the spot. Perfect accommodations and near downtown Palm Springs, it couldn’t be any better! We definitely plan on booking this place again. Thank you for having us!

Amazing stay in Palm Springs
Publié le 9 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe enjoyed our days here in Palm Springs. Host answered all of our questions and wonderfully anticipated our needs and answered our questions before we arrived. Property was exactly as described and shown in photos. Mid-century decor was fun and we especially enjoyed being in a quiet neighborhood. Location is convenient to everything in Palm Springs. House was clean and we appreciated the numerous amenities that were provided. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the many spaces to quietly lounge outside. Wonderful pool! Pool and gardening crew quietly and efficiently did their work while we were there. All appliances worked perfectly (could not get the outdoor gas fire pit to work, but not a big deal), though we would have preferred a newer coffee machine. Also thankful for the dishes and basic supplies that were provided. Many thanks to the host for our luxury getaway!
