Pas de réception … une procédure longue et compliquée pour récupérer des codes pour rentrer sur l’établissement avec multiples vérifications (e-mail , numero de portable etc etc) mission quasi impossible avec un téléphone / réseau international

The air conditioning unit was not strong enough for the unit

Chantelle was awesome! Great customer service, everything is done through text/website communication which is convenient. Parking was easy. I traveled during off season , in September therefore the hotel wasn’t as busy, which I prefer. My only complaint was that items were left in the refrigerator and also in the trash can, other than that awesome stay!!

Stayed here for 4 days and boy had the place gone down hill. Saunder has made this a personless operation so you better hope you don’t need anything extra while you’re at the hotel. They charged me for extended check out on the app and then did not reflect that until brought it to their attention. They charge for parking on their app as well $15 which is outrageous. Random stuff in the room was broken. Lamps were not in good repair, bathroom was dirty, and no more free water. The ice machine was also broken. Barged in on me naked my last day because they forgot to reflect late check out. I don’t think I’ll be staying there again. Hard pass.
