The property was not well kept. The garden was not nice. The laminate floors were in horrible condition as well as the bathroom vanities. The towels and sheets were dingy. Neighbors were partying at 3 am. Would never stay here again and the price was high for what we got.

While some of these concerns have already been addressed, I want to also apologize on behalf of the noise experienced. I'd like to invite you back to experience perhaps one of our sister properties across the street in the near future.

It was a cute place. Not too expensive but close to everything in DownTown. Only complaints are the TV didn’t work, the sink water is dirty don’t use it to make coffee or anything, and the shower was scalding hot no matter what I did. Also, the “complimentary breakfast” is a joke to the point where they shouldn’t even offer it. Just give free water instead

The property is very unique looking as it is more of a boutique hotel. The front desk representative was very friendly and eager to help me with any question I had. The property is located within downtown Palm Springs and everything is within walking distance. Very good location

Came to the hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday. It was a great weekend. There could have been more umbrellas around the pool. The staff was nice, friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It was located in a great area where it was walking distance from stores and restaurants.

Publié le 11 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis was our second time staying here. The staff, from the front desk to the maid team, are very helpful. We love the location as it is next to a Total Wine and walkable to restaurants and shops. The rooms are nice and the pool is great...especially with its new mesh chairs and nice umbrellas. The ice machine was broken but they had a large ice chest, as well as ice cold water dispenser, at the pool for us to use. There were some old, broken chairs on our back patio. It was too hot to even use that area though...didn't damper our stay. We will be back for sure.

Having to check in at the ‘sister property’ across the street was a bit of an annoyance as were the patio lights on all inch and no blackout curtains but the property is nicely renewed and maintained, reasonable, and walking distance from a fine dining neighborhood.

Hope you have AC
Publié le 1 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe only issue I had was that my AC unit was not working at ALL and it was 106 degrees outside. I did speak to the front desk and they did moved me to a different “sister” hotel but it was a hassle to move all my belongings around
