Your comments are invaluable and I would like to address your concerns: 1. Motion-Sensored Lights: I apologise for any inconvenience caused by the duration of the motion-censored lights. We are committed to the safety of our guests and will review and adjust the lighting settings to ensure sufficient time for safe navigation on the stairs. 2. Pool Availability: I understand that you were not able to use the pool during your stay and I assume due to the temperature. The pool is not heated, but was ready for you in case you still wanted to use it. We ensure that the outside areas including pool area, are fully available to our guests regardless of when they visit during the year. 3. Temperature Control and Thermostat: The heating in the villa is set to come on twice a day, but we leave the thermostat in the main living room for you to change according to your needs, as we discussed when you contacted me. We will work on improving communication to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. 4. Washing Machine Location: The washing machine is available in the room next to the kitchen, and we appreciate your feedback to ensure our listing reflects this accurately. 5. Hot Water Interruption: I regret any inconvenience caused by the temporary interruption of hot water. I have personally verified that the hot water is on demand and fully operational. We will investigate the specific incident to prevent reoccurrence. 6. Lower Ground Access: I want to clarify that the lower ground level is for private use only and is not part of the holiday rental. This information will be made clearer in our listing to avoid any future misunderstandings. Please note that we do provide 2 sets of contact details which our guests can call if they have any questions or issues. We tend to respond within 4 hours of a call and I am confident that most of the issues raised could have been swiftly dealt with if we had been contacted, and made your stay more enjoyable.
