The owners told me in a text that I am a "strange person" because of “A little sprinkler issue”. Code for the entire yard and patio were flooded the entire 3 day stay!
You see, they knew about the sprinkler issues back in May and July and yet didn’t do a damn thing about it!!
Then there was the 5 bath towels for 7 guests, along with the 2 hand towels & 2 forks!
So, guess we weren't surprised by their response!! Especially after using HIS husbands illness as an excuse and that they were in Mexico for treatment!?!
And yet they had the gall and audacity to call me strange!
And have no idea what excuses they gave Crystal L. when she reported also only having two (2) forks in the kitchen, the “little flooding issues” water damage to the wood benches and mildewed cushions! Oh wait, they didn’t tell her anything, because these two never responded!!
I’m sure they didn’t waste any time putting everyone's money in their pockets! Much like ours!
But that’s what we get for placing too much trust in a couple men from Hollywood trying to make a quick buck and not wanting to invest any time or money in their property!!
And then to add insult to injury, they promised a one day refund we never received!! Instead, we were forced to accept nearly a third of what we should have received directly from VRBO!
We give this property and VRBO a 1 out of 10 and wouldn't recommend this property for anything!
