Marriot Fairfield in Palmdale has such welcoming and kind staff. My mother has accessibility needs and we were treated so nicely. I also enjoyed the late hours that the Jacuzzi was available and 24/7 gym. I highly recommend and would visit again in the future!

It was okay. Water heater system wasn't really working so I had cold showers. The front desk did their best to accommodate with another room but it unfortunately was still cold and a downgrade of the previous staying space (older model restroom and a smaller space). The complimentary breakfast was okay, but nothing special. I feel like it was an off stay for me, but would still consider coming back for another business trip. The customer service was good and they were doing their best.

The suite was tiny, like utility closet tiny and I was not informed of its size. There were mudhes all over the bathroom, broken vents and crusty food on the night stands. The front desk was personalble and kind.

My 1st room #331 the shower floor @ walls had lots of pubic hair & wasn’t clean. My 2nd room # 223 I was moved to, the bed had a huge water spot on bed . 3rd better. Didn’t get to sleep till 3:30am because of this. Am EXTREMELY disappointed.

Second time staying at this property and it was a good experience. The only negative was the people staying in the room directly above us likely had kids as they were making so much noise and stomping so loud it woke us up throughout the night. I chose not to address it with the staff as I felt it did not really impact us much but am sure they would have addressed it if we did tell them. But will absolutely stay here in the future.

The hotel is pretty nice and new. The room was very clean and modern. The staff was very nice to deal with. And the check-in process was very efficient. When we visit Magic Mountain next time, we know where to stay.
