Agréable motel pour un court séjour
Publié le 9 janv. 2020 sur HotelsMotel très propre et idéalement situé face à un centre commercial. Personnel aimable et accueillant, de bon conseil. Bien qu'il est situé sur un grand axe routier nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit à l'appartement n°25. Seule remarque serait le mobilier un peu vieillot et les tabourets de bar trop haut pour manger confortablement.

Publié le 22 sept. 2014 sur HotelsReally good motel, great room well located, easy to find, the owners, Liz and Malcolm are very nice and very careful with guests. Breakfast is good. Internet access is FREE, too rare in New Zealand. So it is the place to stay in Palmerston North.

Overall was ok.
It was noisy as my room was close to the main Road.
Spacious room with spa.
Spa had some unknown yellowish plastic stain which didn’t look appealing to use.
Requested for 30mins late check out time I was declined.I had an online meeting scheduled from 0900-1000, just in cause my meeting drags on I requested for an extra 30mins late checkout at 1030, it was declined. I thought it was a reasonable request, but to them it was not.

Hi Catherine - thank you for your feedback on your stay with us, I'm glad that you found your room spacious. The discolouration in that spa has been caused by a previous guest & we are investigating options to have it re-surfaced. It does not affect the cleanliness of the spa. I am sorry that we were unable to grant you a late check out, when the motel is busy (as it was when you stayed) we have a very limited timeframe for our housekeeping team to get the rooms ready to present for the next guest. In this situation it would have been helpful to have been given the reason or a little more detail for your need of a late check-out.

Stayed with my family of five, in a 2-bedroom unit. It was great to have an actual single bed in the lounge instead of a pullout couch. The beds are on the softer side. The heat pump worked well to keep the unit warm. The spa left some to be desired, as it was just a small corner bathtub, with a shower above it.
Great location to the shops.

The staff on reception were really helpful and friendly.
The room was large, very clean and well equipped.
Overall, a great stay and we will be staying again.
